embed HelpXplain also on other web pages
Hi, I would like to have some of the helpxplains in my web help to also appear on other "regular" pages of my website, outside of the help file. This would be on the same domain. I looked at the wordpress plugin, but I am thinking more along the lines of an i-frame that just shows the xpla...

Presenter Notes / Internal Notes
Hi, I have a powerpoint that I present live, so I put the public slides on one monitor and presenter notes on the other. I'd like to move that PPT into HelpXplain and i see you have a slide property called Presenter Notes but I cannot find any way to USE them. I am not expexcting something as fancy ...

Re: performance questions
replying to myself...
I went ahead and ran some tests on what I would call a "medium" speed server. I no longer have any concerns regarding project size, even with addition of reasonably sized audio files.
Kudos to the developers,
Bob

performance questions
Hi, I know this is tough to quantify, really just looking for general feedback before I dive in... I am looking at making some more complicated screen-casts, perhaps with 50 slides, each 1024 x 768. As a general rule, is this considered big enough to cause possible performance issues? If I add 10 or...

Re: Callout text overflows on Firefox mobile
Hi, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am already using latest version and already using explicit font sizes, so I guess I will just have to make a note to test on mobile Firefox and adjust accordingly. Everything looks beautiful in all other browsers I have tested, on multiple devices. Perhaps F...

Callout text overflows on Firefox mobile
Hi, I have found that callouts with text work well for my testing, except for mobile Firefox. Here the text often spills out of the text box. I do not use automatic text sizes. I am making the text boxes larger, but some need to be enlarged to the point where they look ungainly. My testing is limite...

suggestion: open the screen capture dialog in last location
Hi, Apologies if you have another place that you prefer to take suggestions, I looked but could not find one. It would be most helpful, especially to those with multiple monitors, if you would open the screen capture dialog in the last place it was located. It is no fun having to drag it to other mo...

autoplay on and off
Hi, I may be trying to do something that is not yet possible? I want to have ability to turn autoplay on and off in-between some groups of slides. For example here is what I want... Side 1 does not come up via auto-play, it is loaded when user clicks a button on the webpage. A object on slide 1 call...
