Re: Help & Manual Toolbox Beta
'responsive webhelp' is great. Can anything being said about the release of this ? This will be coming with the next major version of Help & Manual. Our target release for this is currently next Spring, but we can't make any firm promises at the moment. There's still a lot of work to do... :typ...

Re: Help & Manual Toolbox Beta
Hi Bruce, We've added a Wish List item for printing comments for the next version of Help & Manual. I suppose I could add something like that to HM Toolbox, but it will have to wait at the moment because I'm currently totally focused on developing the base technologies for responsive WebHelp sk...

Google webmaster tools reports 404 errors on webhelp
Google webmaster tools reports a lot of 404 errors on webhelp pages. According to google these pages do not exist, however they have been on the sever for a long time. For example: http://www.timewriter.nl/media/webhelp/twp/index.html?vaste_urenlijst_twclient.htm Could this be related to Help & ...

Where to add/change templates
Hello,
I am using a PremiumPack Webhelp template.
I would like to add some extra meta-fields ( <%TOPIC_DESCRIPTION%> ). Where should I add this ?
Is it managed in the skin-file (.hmskin), of so, how to edit, or is it managed in the project ?
Thanks in advance,
Rinse

Feature request: auto-save open files
If there ever will be an update for TNT screencapture (wich I use every single day) I do have a feature request for it: When the program receives a CloseQuery request it prompts the user for saving the unsaved screencaptures. It would be great if the program would save these files on a temp location...

HowTo force the Back Cover to be printed on an even page
Back covers are by definition printed on a even page. How do I force H&M to do so ?
Thanks in advance,

Re: Override variables in skins
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Why is it that template-variables do override project-variables ? Would it not be more logic that project-variables would override template-variables ? (it also would solve this problem, without the need of transferring values)

Override variables in skins
Text-variables like FB_TO are defined in (premium pack) skins. How do I change / override these values without loosing them with an update of the skin ?

Re: Allert on non-unque topicID's
Maybe I am seeing this much to simple... You do have a single point where files are copied from the source location (the project directory) to the target location (the HTML directory). If you add both source and target to a list, you only have find the duplicates on the target list and you can repor...

Allert on non-unque topicID's
Modular projects struggle with the problem of non-unique TopicID's and non-unique bitmap-filenames. In the knowledge base I see several topics of users who have problems with HTML-help and CHM-help projects showing the wrong content. If generating unique TopicID's and/or filenames may not be the pre...

Premium Pack 1.2 Skins give errors in .chm with empty headin
Hello,
The last updates gives errors in compiled .chm files when pages have no (or empty) headers. (previous versions of the skins work fine)
regards,
Rinse

What options availeble to start on a odd page
Hello,
I have a project containing 8 other projects. Alle projects do have a 'coverpage'.
What options do I have to let each coverpage be printed on the odd page ?
regards,
Rinse

Ok, not a bug, what about this nice feature ?
Hello Tim, A bug or not, it should be a very nice feature if H&M could solve naming problems for me when building .chm and/or webhelp projects. In my opinion there is a perfect place to solve this... H&M is able to convert bitmaps to a suitable format when building projects. If you extend th...

how to post this bug
Hello Tim, Thanks for answering this question. it means that I have to work trough my manuals again renaming all the screenshots ;-( It looks to me that is can be qualified as a bug. H&M does suggest filenames wich in the end cause naming conflicts. Wat is the best way to post this issue ? regar...
