Re: eWriter in Modular Projects
Thank you. First I will check for duplicate names.
It may take a while to organize the files and send them because I only work part-time now and I am very busy this month.

Re: eWriter in Modular Projects
I published one of the missing subprojects separately and it was created correctly.
Wouldn't duplicate topic IDs similarly affect the CHM file?

Re: eWriter in Modular Projects
All included projects are "Builds: all". I publish a CHM file and immediately afterwards publish an eWriter file (without making any changes) and see different TofCs.

eWriter in Modular Projects
Hi - More problems ..... :( I have a "master" project which includes several other projects added with the "Include help project" option (merge content on publishing). When I create the CHM file all of the included 'subprojects' are displayed correctly in the TOC. But when I crea...

Re: ewriter publishing options
Thanks for the assistance. The links to other files now work.
There is one small problem: The text for links in the same file appear in blue but the text for links to other files appear in green! Is there a way to change the colour?

Re: ewriter publishing options
Hi - Thanks for the reply, but I think you misunderstood my question. I want to discard my *.chm files and switch to *.ewriter files (as you recommended a while back). My projects have "Topic links" to other *.chm files; I want my xxx.ewriter file to link to a topic in a different yyy.ewri...

Re: ewriter publishing options
Thank you for the solution. I have another problem: My file xxx.hmzx has "topic links" to a file yyy.chm. When I publish to a file xxx.ewriter, the links don't display (no blue & underline). It still doesn't work if I select yyy.ewriter (I have to type in the file name because it isn't...

ewriter publishing options
Hi - I have started creating *.ewriter versions of my help files to replace the existing *.chm ones. One of the publishing options for CHM is "Highlight hotspots in pictures", which I always unchecked. I don't see a similar option for EWRITER and the hotspots are highlighted when the curso...

Re: Problem with link to PDF file
Thank for the reply.
Yes, the PDF is displayed after I double-click on the CHM file in my program directory.
I will update our installation set so that the PDF file is installed along with the program and then will check whether or not the problem persists.

Problem with link to PDF file
Hi- I want to link to a PDF file from my CHM help. - I create the link with the [File link] tab in the Insert Link option - the PDF file is displayed when I click on [Test} - I then [Publish] the CHM file. When the window with the Help opens up I click on the link and the PDF is displayed. - I then ...
