Hi,
In the instructions to implement field level popups in an application there's the following note -
"To be able to add field-level popups to your pages they must be on the same server as the WebHelp you are getting the popups from. Otherwise you will have cross-domain permissions problems."
I'm wondering if this is a hard and fast rule of if you're aware of workarounds for this issue.
Is it the case that with some steps it should be possible to pull in field level helps from another domain?
Or is it not possible given the way this functionality is designed?

Re: Field-level WebHelp Popups - Different domains
Hi Gregory,
It may work, it may not -- and it may work for some of your users and not for others. It will depend on how strict their security settings are, and may also depend on the settings of your web server. Generally speaking it's bad practice and I would avoid it, but you can give it a try.
