I have the following text in my HM project:
"...that goes into effect January 1st of the following tax..."
with the "st" following the "1" as superscript. When I generated to the PDF, the 1 and the "st" are on separate lines--although there is no character between them.
Is there a way to force them to stay together?
Thank you,
Ed Dressel

I also see it in this line:
"...contributions (either Dollar Value or Percent of Paycheck)."
In the PDF the closing parameter is separated from the word "Paycheck".

Re: PDF Generator wraps text in the wrong location
This is caused by formatting changes. The 1 and st are probably formatted differently, and it is a quirk of the current editor that it regards formatting changes as word breaks. There is nothing that can be done about this except avoiding this kind of formatting change in places where breaks like this are undesirable. This will be fixed with the new editor engine in Help & Manual 6, due out in November.

Thank you for the quick response and looking forward to version 6.
Is there a list of features we can anticipate in the upcoming version?

No, we're being very tight-lipped this time, but you won't be disappointed.Ed Dressel wrote:Is there a list of features we can anticipate in the upcoming version?

It's November! Where's version 6? ... I remember working as a programmer some years ago. When I told my boss I would finish a project "next week", on Monday the boss stop by my desk and want to schedule a demo and let me know else he wanted done that week. I learned quickly to say "a few weeks" and deliver early!Tim Green wrote:Help & Manual 6, due out in November.

Hi Ed,
Patience, Grasshopper! It is really coming soon, we're just putting the finishing touches on it.
