Multicoloured same level in TOC

Hi!

Can the user publish PDF to have a multicoloured level (saying Heading2) in TOC (see the picture below)?

I found a something special but need to do it manually.

1. To show in Table of contents tag of the print designer the Title band only and to hide all the rest.
