Can the user publish PDF to have a multicoloured level (saying Heading2) in TOC (see the picture below)?

Thanks, Tim!
1. To show in Table of contents tag of the print designer the Title band only and to hide all the rest.
2. To make snippet to keep the text of a proper TOC for PDF with a highlighted heading 2 too.
3. After publishing PDF to know the page numbers and to insert them in an above snippet.
4. To insert a get ready snippet in the Title band of the print designer.
That's all.
