I don't seem to be able to get rid of the icon in the top bar with a plus which selects the permalink dialog. We have always used the topic link in the page footer and much prefer this to a separate dialog. I have made no conscious decison to bring back the icon, but in some recent update to H&M I believe it has crept back in. Of course we have never customized it since it was never used, so its caption reads <%HELP_URL_TITLE%>. The Topic URL in the page footer is still appearing correctly.
The documentation implies that HELP_URL_PERMALINK controls this, but I had no such variable in my skin. So I added one with a value of false, but still the pesky icon appears. How do I get rid of it?

Re: Getting rid of permalink icon
Hi Tim,
I too had to look for it, but it's the variable HELP_URL_SHOW that needs to be set to false in the text variables of your skin.
Further details can be found in het manual of the Premium Pack Skins: Help & Manual Premium Pack > WebHelp Skins > Configuration Variables: Permalink.
Regards,
Nicolas
