Exclude topic in PDF Table Of Contents
I have a section in my manual where there are many definitions or short topics that are important to keep in a level 2 or 3 position, but because of the number of them I don't necessarily want them to take up the space in the PDF Table Of Contents (I am concerned with the Table Of Contents page, not the bookmarks). Is there a way to exclude specific mid level topics from the PDF Table Of Contents as defined in the Manual Designer?

Re: Exclude topic in PDF Table Of Contents
Hi Bob,
You can only exclude an entire level from the table of contents by removing its entry in the Table of Contents section of your template and then setting the height of that band to zero in the Page Options. That will then remove all TOC entries for that level. You should also only do this for all levels from a specific level on down. For example, if you disable level 3, you must also disable levels 4, 5 and 6.
