How to set H&Mv6 Styles for All My Projects

My company has defined styles for MS Word doc templates and I would need to establish these same styles for all my H&M projects. I imported one project and I see the styles show up in H&M but when I import another project that doesn't have these styles - the company styles are not available for the second project. Do I have to set the styles for each project? Can you provide guidance as to how to make these styles available for all my projects? thank you

Welcome to the forum!

You can import a stylesheet from another project. Open the styles editing dialog with Styles > Edit Styles in the Write tab. Then select the Copy Styles From... button on the upper right to copy a stylesheet from another project.

In addition to this you can also set up a "Style Repository" that you can use to share a single set of styles between multiple projects. See this chapter in the help for details on this:
