Error message when using Publis Batch file

When I use a batchfile to publish a document to an internal webserver, I'm getting a lot of error messages - maybe 50 - in the form of:
error: line 143243: 0 is wrong flag id
error: line 146224: 0 is wrong flag id
error: line 146224: 0 is wrong flag id

The publishing finishes without any detectable errors, but I'm wondering if something goes wrong 'behind the scenes'

What can I do to get rid of those errors?

This is not a message from Help & Manual directly, it is rather an external error message that has been put through to the error log. The first part "error:" is from Help & Manual, the remaining line is the last error message catched while publishing.

Where the error comes from and what could cause this I don't know. Your information is too vague to draw any conclusions.
