Hi,
I just purchased an extension to my HelpXplain license.
But after installing in on my laptop, it refused to activate on my desktop.
The reason was that the code had already been used.
I though we were allowed to install on one's desktop and laptop ?

Update: The maintenance extension is applied to the license key on the server so it only needs to be applied once. It is then valid for all installations with that key. If it isn't being shown in the About screen it just hasn't refreshed yet. Try using the check for updates feature and/or restarting. Also always make sure you're using the latest version.
