Hi,
I have installed under EC Software HM7, helpXplain, and HM8
The Screenshot button for HM8 is greyed out. I cannot figure out why. Any ideas?

Hi Gerold,
You need to have a topic open and the insertion point must be in the topic for screen capture to activate. Otherwise the capture has nowhere to go.
