H&M and Xplain

the following problem:
No xplain folder is created in the WebHelp output and therefore the html pages are empty. The files are all on one server. Locally it works fine.
Which setting or information in the HelpManual could be missing or incorrect?

How are you inserting your HelpXplain project in your Help+Manual topic? You need to select the .xplain file with the media tool for HelpXplain in the Project tab. Then the necessary folders will be created in your WebHelp output automatically when you publish.

Also make sure that you are using the latest versions of both Help+Manual (8.2.1 Build 5670) and HelpXplain (1.4):
