I'm a long-time H&M user myself, so I'm already sold on the excellence of this program. But I'm currently taking a university "Technical Writing and Editing" course, and in my current assignment, it would be useful to hear about the virtues of H&M as compared to RoboHelp -- how is the work flow different, what procedures are done better/differently/more efficiently, etc. I've never seen RoboHelp myself, so I really have no idea.
I'd love to hear from any (former?) RoboHelp users. I don't need a great deal of detail; just some overall perspectives would be really useful.
Many thanks to anyone who might have a moment to respond!
H&M vs RoboHelp (research, not procedural ques.)
