Premium Pack: line between Comment and Help URL

Where does the horizontal line between the Comments link and the Generate Permalink link come from? I don't see it in the code of the page template.

Hi Alexey,

It's not a horizontal line, it's a border. That is actually a much better way to create lines in HTML, the <hl /> element is deprecated and really shouldn't be used any more. It is configured with the CSS styles for the "help-url" class, which are in the upper part of the HTML Page Template. :)
