V2 ewriter skin: error 404 on top level

Exporting my project to ewriter format with the skin V2_WebHelpEwriter_ModernDarkBlue.hmskin produces an e-book with the error 404 as shown in the attachment

Are there certain skins to be preferred? I am testing at the moment which one I like best.

This most likely has nothing to do with the skin directly. You probably have a topic in your project with the word "index" as its Topic ID. That should be avoided because it will cause all kinds of conflicts in HTML output, where the index.html file is generally required as the main landing file.
