When we publish to PDF often we see a header that is alone (orphaned) by itself on the bottom of the page while it's content is on the top of the next page. Is there any setting or way to prevent this?

Can you specify an image rotation when you add an image to help and manual? I have some images in landscade mode but need to rotate them so they'll fit a normal portrait mode for publishing to PDF. Also, is there a feature in help and manual that allows you to have some pages in the PDF in landscape...
