Re: Restoring Compatibility with Current Tortoise SVN
I know this periodically rears its head. I installed H&M on a new computer now the SVN clients that are available don't sync. That is, Tortoise has a 1.10.1 64-bit version available and the collab.net 32-bit clients that are available are 1.10.0 and 1.10.2. So I am out of luck getting the SVN fu...

Re: Page referrer now superscript
Glad there is a fix. I will try to upload my project in a zip file. If there is a better way let me know. I seem to be failing by adding it as an attachment.

Page referrer now superscript
In January when we used Page Referrers, it was in-line with the text. pagereferrrer.gif We noticed in our recent builds that the page referrer was superscript and wrecking the line spacing where it appears. I think the Page referrer is now some kind of superscript that doesn't fit on the line. If we...

automatic numbering
In Webhelp and PDF, there is an notion of automatic numbering of the TOC that works great. Is there a way, with a variable to create the same notion within H&M on the heading1 (topic headings) that can be used in CHM? Or is this tantamount to requiring time travel to '90s to revise CHM? :D Franl...

Re: mnl and styles revsited
HI Tim, Thanks for the response. My statement - Also the fourth level heading in the MNL does not create a page break - is just a fact. I understand the placeholders in the MNL. The question that I can't narrow down and was not clear in stating is the question about the way the any headings in side ...

mnl and styles revsited
I have read what I can and experimented with my output. I am more or less asking to confirm what I think I see and the reasoning. Based on what I understand about the PDF layout tool, the headings within a topic maintain their formatting per H&M stylesheet. The topic heading is sent as plain tex...

Re: spacing between bullet and first letter
I understand this much better. I still don't see how to apply the bullet or numbering automatically to the list by including that in a style. There is no "List Paragraph" like there is in word. Is that correct? Also, there is no easy way to re-number a list that I have discovered. Did I mi...

Re: spacing between bullet and first letter
Once again, the answer is right under my nose. Thanks, Tim.
This is exactly what I need. Not sure how I missed it.

spacing between bullet and first letter
Is there a way to increase the spacing or set it to a fixed tab? I don't see any change if I change the underlying paragraph style or set a tab stop in the paragraph style.

anyone using Visual Studio Online
I can see how to configure H&M to work with a local (LAN) TFS installation. I just need to give it the right connection string. But does this work with Visualstudio.com? I haven't been able to make this work. I am entering the same information the "Connect" dialog that I add in Visual ...

Re: Print/publish subset of docs for review
Thanks. I saw the post about how to get a topic to appear in a specific build. I just realized how to get what I want and only multi-select once. I am working against myself if a topic appears in "all builds" but I only want certain topics in User Defined 1. I could select All at the end o...

Print/publish subset of docs for review
I would like to identify all topics that are "under construction" and print them in a separate "review" build. I don't see an easy way to do this. The topics are not contiguous so it isn't easy to multi-select. I know I could make a second TOC but even that is not easy because of...
