I know in MS Word, you can repeat the last command by clicking F4.
Is there such a shortcut with H&M?
Thanks

Editing Skins and Templates
I can't remember for the life of me how I edited my .hmSkin files, but now I need to modify it and am completely stumped.
Couple questions:
1) What's the easiest way of editing skins/templates?
2) what is Toolbox and how or where do I get it from?
Thanks,
Dale

Re: Publish Webhelp but no .index.html file
Hi Tim,
Yes I did go back to my post history and remembered that I did.
Guess it was just time for me to publish our Doc again
This time around, I just published and deployed the .htm files without the index.htm
Seems to have worked for us.

Re: Publish Webhelp but no .index.html file
I would think that the attached photo means that it should have been a successful Publish?

Publish Webhelp but no .index.html file
When I publish to Webhelp, everything seems to be fine, except there is no .index.html, even though I set my output file as index.html
What could be missing?

Is it possible to merge 2 versions of an H&M Project Together?
Is it possible to merge 2 different versions of the same H&M Project Together?
Scenario: Parts of version A gets updated, while version B is also being updated.
How can I merge version A changes into version B without having to copy and paste all the changed topics?

Re: Execute Link in a New Window?
Thanks Martin,
I will try the official way as I do not see a caption bar or arrows when I am editing the snippet.

Execute Link in a New Window?
When editing a Snippet, currently, I Right Click the Snippet and it takes me to the original text, but it shoots me down the Project Folder.
Is there a way to open the Execute Link in a New Window so that I don't need to re-locate the Topic I was originally editing?

Re: Publish but no .index.html file
Hmmm, it's not that as I scrubbed through the entire folder and didn't see anything. However, I did some testing. I selected all the files and used the option to ' Publish selected TOC item only ' and when it published, it created the index.html file so now I am at a loss. For some reason, publishin...

Publish but no .index.html file
I am Publishing my Webhelp files, all the files are publishing EXCEPT there's no index.html file.
Anyone else have this happen?
When I publish a select few items, the .index.html file is there, but when I Publish the entire set of Help Files, it's missing.
TIA

Re: Edit Caption Greyed Out?
Oh boy. So I think we've been doing something incorrect. We would create a Topic, then delete it but keep it's referrer. When we embed a Snippet into a Topic, we refer to the XML file since there is no Topic anymore. But now, I cannot change the caption which puts me in a bit of a bind. What are you...
