John,
2) Comments have lost their usefulness for us since they were separated from Bookmarks in v5.
have you noticed this option? It should solve your problem, shouldn't it?

Thank you. Well, I just tried it on my own joomla website, with the same problem. I can only guess -- maybe the wrapper module has difficulties with displaying framesets itself... As you can see, H&M's Webhelp uses frames as well, to seperate the navigation pane from the content. But since the c...

Does the wrapper point to the index.html? Or to the introduction.htm? I'd try out both. However, just pm me the login credentials if you like, so I can have a look at it.

Is your project on a public webspace? Can we have a look at it?

Just a thought: What is the Topic ID of your opening page?

In the backend, just choose the menu item which should point to your webhelp. As a menu type, choose "wrapper" (which is an iframe). Now set the Wrapper-URL and the other settings (e.g., you can choose if Joomla should adjust the height of the iframe automatically). That's it.

That's a nice wish, but when "cleaning up the mess" costs tens of thousands of dollars, it simply remains – a wish  . The actual problem is: These companies don't consider IE6 to be dangerous for them, they've isolated their networks from the outside world. So their degree of sufferin...

Hi Tim, I know and understand you hate IE6. So do I. I really do. But let me add some information to put it straight for everyone reading this. As you know, many companies (e. g. almost every one of our clients), be it small or an international corporate group, still work with IE6, and this doesn’t ...

I double this wish, since I use this feature in Word frequently and simply miss it in H&M.

HI Tim,

any news on this issue? The described behaviour still occurs in Build 790.

Some applications (even major products like SAP) don't show all buttons as long as they're inactive and this means you simply can't use free region mode to capture them :(

Hi there, I just want to keep this thread alive, too. We desperately miss the "Sort Topics" feature. It just became natural for us to sort longer lists of topics within a chapter in an alphabetical way. To do this manually simply is a pain in the a** ;-) If a warning message (or two or thr...

Another vote from me -- our users work a lot with these linked lists. I understand Tims point of *not* putting all topics in this list, but we do exactly this. Why? Just imagine to navigate to a chapter topic trough the keyword index or fulltextsearch - you won't have the TOC pane opened, that's why...

Table Cell Properties Dialog

The cell properties dialog features new caption formattings which I don't know from version 4: The selected Alignment option is captioned in normal font, default is bold(and bigger).

See attached image -- isn't it supposed to be vice-versa? Or just like it was before?

Yes, the indexer needs to be able to write to the H&M program directory to run properly, I think it's for the temporary log files or something like that. Hi Tim, is this still the case? If yes, what does this mean for users of the Server Version of Help & Manual? Do they still/also have to ...
