Sorry, but column layout is a page setting in PDF Manual Designer, so it applies to the entire page. There's not currently any way of having it start within the page.

Hi Gerold, Which viewers specifically are you testing? I can reproduce this in Calibre, and it is a Calibre error that it is not displaying the embedded bitmap correctly. Since this appears to be quite common we are probably going to switch to exporting PNG only to ePub and Mobi in the next update. :?

IF_ISDEFAULT_PAGE still not mentioned in documentation, can this be fixed? Somehow it never got added, but both <IF_ISDEFAULT_PAGE> and <IFNOT_ISDEFAULT_PAGE> are definitely supported since build 841 of version 8. I've made a note of this for updating the help. Thanks for reporting it. 8)
