Thanks Tim, I've forwarded this information to him, and he says it makes sense.

WebHelp Fonts
Posting on behalf of our UX Designer: We produce technical content that is primarily published as WebHelp. Yet with the editor, we can only define and apply a single font. Since we are concerned with web-safe fonts, our available fonts are very limited. Is there some way to create styles specificall...

Re: Defining Table Styles
Yes we did. That's where our styles are defined. Unless I'm missing something.
I see there's a newer build than 4740 though - 4760. We're arranging to have that installed today or tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.

Re: Defining Table Styles
Thanks Tim, do you mean updating to version 8? We've requested approval and are waiting. I believe we have the latest version of 7.5.3 though.

Defining Table Styles
I've defined a table style in my Repository and applied my repository to a project. When I apply the Table format to my tables, the style I defined isn't being applied. It's as if it doesn't exist. Am I doing something wrong?

Set max line/paragraph width
I want to limit the maximum width of paragraph <p> elements in HTML output because the long line length makes reading more challenging than it needs to be. I noticed that the <p> tags are governed by rules in the hmprojectstyles.css file. I’ve read some KBs about creating your own CSS files and inse...

Fonts in Web Help
We output to Web Help and have defined a font stack that we like. This font stack is widely applicable and we have high confidence in the content display. Yet the editor only permits us to select a single font to apply to editable content. Is there any way to set the editor to permit us to apply or ...

Re: Report on Last Edited by
Thanks Tim, I wanted to see a report with the names of the users who edited topics. I thought since the information was there in the Last Edited by field, that there may be a report that can use that information. I think it would be good in an environment with multiple writers to get an overview on ...

Report on Last Edited by
Is there a report that can be run somehow to show what topics or how many topics people have worked on by using the information in "Last Edited by"?

Re: Unsolved Conflicts
It is a multi-user editing, but all changes had been saved. I saved it under a new location/name, then opened it and saved it under the original project name and all was fine.
Very weird though and thanks for your response.

Unsolved Conflicts
I have successfully published my help file, but when I try to Save the file and close it, I get an error message: "There are unsolved conflicts in TOC in project (file location and name)"! The project has not been saved yet. I resolved any Compiler Messages that appeared (hyperlink related...

Re: Using Wordpress for online help
Thanks for your responses Tim. The piracy situation is truly unfortunate. I would be okay maintaining our current documentation projects as is, and only using WP for new projects, but newer projects are going to quickly add up and I'll need to ability to publish multiple help projects. I'll keep wat...

Re: Using Wordpress for online help
I admit to getting excited when I saw I had private messages - hoping that someone was out there to give me pointers or help, only to have my optimism defeated by someone asking for my help on the same topic. Still hoping though, in case anyone would like to help me out!

Re: Using Wordpress for online help
Thanks Tim, I have read most of that. I'm a visual learner though, so I was really hoping someone would show me what they were doing with H&M and WP. Reading without visualizing the end result doesn't work for me. I've received private messages in response to my post, asking for me to share my s...

Using Wordpress for online help
I see there's a WordPress plug in now and we're very interested in using it to create documentation for some new products. Can anyone share with me examples of their online documentation using WordPress? I'd have to learn more about Wordpress of course, but it would help me continue to use H&M f...
