Numbered Lists lining up as right justified single column
When in the editor, I'm seeing numbered lists lining up as a right justified single column. It looks like this, but all the way over to the right of the screen. I even have to scroll right. 1.S t o p d o I n g I reset the style to normal, then indent the paragraph and make it numbered. Looks ok but ...

Re: Premium Pack 2.50: Instant Display of WebHelp Changes
Thank you for the new browser cache feature! What a great addition to the premium pack. It really saves time when testing new content up on the web. That feature alone is worth the price of admission!

How We Got Sandcastle Working With H&M
We got Sandcastle working after we had a few false starts. We think it is because we installed Sandcastle Help & File Builder, and that seems to have caused errors with H&M. We uninstalled everything having to do with Sandcastle and then installed Version 2.6.1062.1. Version 2.4 of Sandcastl...

Re: Web Help Topic File Dates to Upload
Thank you. I had the feeling it might not be as simple as it looked.
I think I will just replace all of the files each time, overwriting all of them. There are about 2,000 files and it only takes about 5 minutes or so to upload them all. That's been working so far. LOL

Web Help Topic File Dates to Upload
When creating web help, the modified date on the file in the Publish folder seems to be based on the last time the topic was edited. When I FTP the files from the publish folder to update the web site containing the help, do I only need to upload the files with today's modified date (assuming it was...

Re: Missing context id in contextid.js file
Solved: I had two topics in two different merge files with the exact same topic name, so the compiler didn't know which to map to.

Missing context id in contextid.js file
I have a context id that is clearly in the hmxp file, but does not appear in the contextid.js file. When the help topic is called, I get a 404 error. All of the topic id's surrounding that topic show up and work fine. What kinds of things can cause the Help Context number to go missing in the JS fil...

Re: Ravens.png
Thanks very much. I can't seem to get the ravens.png to go away. Here's what I did. I made a PNG file. Added that file to the skin's backage file list. Changed the MAIN_BGIMAGE variable from ravens.png to myfile.png. Saved the skin file. Myfile.png is listed in the baggage list for the skin and the ...

Re: Ravens.png
Thanks very much. I looked all over for ravens.png, but not in the variables. I also searched the index under "background" and also editing skins in the H&M help. In case you want to expand the H&M Help, that's how my mind was working. LOL

Ravens.png
When I create the web help, using the WebHelp.BabyBlue premium skin, there is a type of background that uses ravens.png. The wings look like claws when in that heading area.
We don't like that file. How do we change that that file? Are there certain dimensions we need to adhere to?
Thanks,
Pat

Re: Sandcastle Import Question
On looking at my control panel, I have two Sandcastle related programs. 1. Sandcastle Documentation Compiler Tools from Microsoft, Version 2.7.4 2. Sandcastle Help File Builder from EWSoftware Version 1.9.8 Could it be the EWSoftware Product that is causing the problems? I'm thinking that this insta...

Context Numbers Not working in HTML Help
You can ignore everything below the line. The HTML help is working fine. Turns out that if you use a webhelp skin, and check the context box, it works!! Switching over 1900 topics from CHM help to HTML help was a piece of cake thanks to you guys accommodating the context numbers. Thanks for a really...

Re: Sandcastle Import Question
The AddFirendlyFiles was not in the installation. Manually adding it by running Windows Explorer as admin got us past that error. It found the other file also, but says it's the wrong version. Maybe we need to know exactly what version of Sandcastle we should be using.

Re: Sandcastle Import Question
We are working our way through creating the H&M new project. We got an error that AddFriendlyFileNames.xsl could not be found and found that file out on the web, and copied it into the correct folder. It did not install with Version 1.9.8 of Sandcastle. We also got the error that CopyComponents....
