You're right, Tim; I did need to create a stylesheet in order to use Authentic (hopefully, if I do this right, it's attached to this post :) ). I was actually able to download a trial version of StyleVision to create it.

BTW, I should have mentioned that Authentic does protect the tags so they don't get messed up by the translator.

We're using Altova Authentic for XML editing, and are very happy with it.

We currently translate our documentation to 3 languages. I'm loving H&M's XML export/import feature. It's made my life so much easier! (I agree with the other poster regarding callouts in IPP files. We worked around that by inserting callouts that contain numbers only. Then, below the screenshot...
