Anchor keywords displaying in snippet

When compiling into eWriter and HTMLHelp, if a snippet contains anchors, the anchor keywords are displaying within the snippet when the snippet displays. As highlighted in red in the example below, when Credit category is clicked to display the snippet, the snippet displays, but the anchor keywords ...

Re: Non-Scrolling Images With Hotspots

Thanks Tim. You answered the question I just logged on to ask - not being able to copy hidden topics between projects. That is a major bummer for me as it prevents me from using the very efficient workflow processes I used for years with V4. This morning, I finally figured out the process of tempora...

Re: Non-Scrolling Images With Hotspots

Thanks Tim. I assigned a skin and yes, it stopped the scrolling, but the images were also left aligned when they should be aligned with the text above and below, as the image is part of a series of steps. I tried creating my own skin, as it has the corporate colours and logos. However, the same scro...

Non-Scrolling Images With Hotspots

I finally convinced my employer to upgrade to V7! However, when compiling to CHM or EWriter, any images that contain hotspots do not scroll with the rest of the page. I need the images to remain with the text when scrolling up or down the page. Is there a setting for this???

Thanks!

Re: White Space in Published Manual

The first thing that came to mind was perhaps it is extra carriage returns after inserting a page break, causing extra lines before headings on the new page. Turn on "Show paragraphs and text marks in editor" to make them visible in the editor. I'm still on V4 so don't know where it is loc...

Re: Remove Keyword Index?

You need to clear the Print Section box for the Keyword Index tab in the Print Manual Designer. - Select the template you use In the Print Manual Designer. - Select the Keyword Index tab. - Right-click in the main part of the page and select Edit Properties. The Page Options for [Keyword Index] dial...

Embedding Images in Word Documents

The author of this article recommends doing each image separately, but I managed to do up to 20 images/document with no problems.

I have a fair numer of abbreviations, but I added them to the dictionary, so they no longer show as errors.

Got it working. I changed the PDF Export setting to "Use screen as a reference device" and it now pdfs correctly. I don't remember ever changing that setting, but who knows!

PDF Formatting Issue

Not sure what I might have done here, but when I pdf documents, only about 3/4 of the page displays as it should and the rest is put on the following page. This is happening in all my documents with all my templates. I even tried it with the original templates that came with H&M and I am having ...

In H&M 4 it is in Project - Project Properties - Adobe PDF - PDF Layout - Insert Page Referrers (page icons with page numbers).

Should be similar to H&M 5.

Here is a list of free grammar checkers: http://www.yourdictionary.com/dictionar ... ammar.html

Another option is to output your content to .rtf from Help & Manual and then use the grammar checker. Less cut and paste required.
