What's wrong?

In a large Help file I was a bit messy with the paragraph styling. Sometimes the left margin is 1, sometimes it is zero, and sometimes somewhere between 0 and 1. The same for the headers. Would there be a way to get exactly the same paragraph style as far as margins are concerned with little effort?

I upgraded from 4 to 6 and published my new Help files to a chm and that went perfect. However, I cannot find the PDF and the rtf text format anymore. Does anyone know where I can find them?

Tim, I did what you suggested (deleted the index.html) and the mistake was gone! I am very happy with that! Thanks for the advice and congratulations with the speed and the quality of the answers on this forum.
