I have a topic with many subtopics. I want to be able to set the Topic Options Include Builds to one setting for the topic and a different setting for ALL the subtopics. How can I do this? Manual page break on topic header does not seem to work
I have inserted a manual page break at the start of a topic header. I created a PDF, however the topic did not display at the top of a new page. Is there something that I have done wrong?

Tim, We include Heading Numbering in our PDFs. If we get a support call, we can refer the caller to Section x.x.x. of the PDF. The only place that a list of numbered headings appears is in the TOC section. Click the numbered item in the TOC to display that section. Too easy ... At least make TOC and...
