If I convert a v4 HMX file to HMXZ and publish the HMXZ file to PDF using an MNL file that I used with v4, should I get an identical PDF?

We paid for a v4 to v5 upgrade on 10 June, but have not yet received the the v5 Serial Number & Activation Code. How can we get this?

I have a PDF template set up in Print Manual Designer where the Topics section start is always on an odd page. If however, the previous section ended on an odd page, a blank page is inserted with no header from the Topics page and no Footer that was set on the Master page (set to print on all pages)...

The TOC locking is great, however, when the TOC is locked, it is not possible to highlight text in a topic and drag it over a TOC entry to create a link to that topic. Is this by design?

In Print Manual Designer, go to the TOC page of the relevant template. For the heading level that has the problem, open (double-click) the Label that contains the dots and page number. Delete a couple of the dots. Click [OK] and Save.

I'm running H&M Build 1344.

When I click [Default positions] on Help Windows/Main, "Top" changes from 10 to -1 (the others were already -1). The [Apply] button is not highlighted. When you click [OK] and view Help Windows/Main again, "Top" has reverted to 10.

As soon as the Find & Replace dialog box is displayed, the Save icon becomes active (as if I've changed something). Is this a bug or is perhaps some other setting forcing the Save?

I'm using H&M Build 1306.

How can I keep two table rows together in PDF output?

I tried this with a new project and also with all "docked" programs disabled. The error is still displayed in both cases.

When I remove all the entries in Common Properties/Images Folders, Error "List index out of bounds (0)" is displayed.

I am using Build 1280 on Vista.
