Re: Something about Web Help

Chrome doesn't support an active TOC;
Firefox is only old version to be installed... Will be searching :?
Opera is as Chome too...

I see it's for a server usage but how to test correctly on the local PC?

Something about Web Help

Hi! Using web-help as a very flexible and convinient format I found something being interested to know: 1. Why does a compilied web-help have an inactive TOC's items? All items aren't moved (by mouse clicking on them) as showing as hiding? Used as skins as non-skined modes to compiled but the result...

A local project to localize

Hi! 1. Please tell, if the user works on a professional and local (non-server) version H&M than can he/she use all a localization tools of H&M as for server version? 2. How to adjust H&M accessing to all H&M localization possibilities? 3. Is there any possible to import a translated ...

Re: A correct hyphen

Automatic hyphenation is only applied to PDF, because that is a fixed-size layout that is finished once it is generated, so only Help & Manual can apply the hyphenation there. Thanks! Tim, I see it isn't possible to use a hyphenation in PDF with multilanguage context? As a hyphenation option is...

Re: A correct hyphen

1. What about formats the hyphenation to work? I know we can set a special hyphenation in MS Word by its own tools but would be desirable to let H&M "make" it in time when the RTF exporting :? Also in H&M setting a proper field names Dictionary for automatic hyphenation (print &am...

Copying from CHM

Hi! The users asked why one can't copying the part of text in CHM? I tested it before writing here :roll: They're right. If the user tries to select a part of text in CHM then all content is selected (see picture 1). If to use a context point Select all then same thing -> all content is selected too...

Re: How to adjust a central column width in two tables?

Thanks, Tim! Or, even better, define a couple of columns without any fixed width at all, so that they can adjust fluidly to allow the entire table to fit correctly. That's OK. But I changed your advice just a little. Made one column (as 10% width) without a concrete percentage. Then I added by 1% in...

How to adjust a central column width in two tables?

Hi! I have two tables with 9%, 36%, 10%, 9%, 36% (first table) and 4%, 36%, 5%, 10%, 4%, 36%, 5% (second table) cell widths properly (see picture 1). I use "fit on page" table setting on both of these tables (see picture 2). Being one table under another table in PDF we can see the central...
