The HTML error is just a warning that the mentioned IPP image contains hotspots to a topic not found in this help project. Help & Manual ignores the link in this case and just exports the image without the dead links. Has nothing to do with the PDF problem. Can you send me the project including ...

The WordArt image is an OLE object - a Windows Metafile if you paste it in Help & Manual. Can you delete it temporarily (if you don't save the project file, nothing is damaged) to check whether that image makes the problem?

Is on the wish list. We need customizable shortcuts for that, as the "defaults" are language dependent. You don't find a Ctrl+> and Ctrl+< on a Czech or Polish Word, for instance.

What is on that particular page? (You can check this with the print preview if you use the same manual template)

From my own experience I could imagine it's a complicated OLE object embedded in a topic. Does that happen with other versions of the PDF viewer as well?

Richard,

we'll fix this problem for the static TOC a.s.a.p. Meanwhile, please take a look at the preview of version 3.31 which features a new hybrid TOC that works with Opera as well. So you have the advantage of a dynamic TOC plus Opera.

Please send in the .hm3 file to support AT ec-software.com.

What about the internal keyword finder in "Search|Keyword Search"? Does this sorting utility fail either?

Is the keyword list not sorted or not printed correctly?
If it's the latter, you should change the character set of the font and/or the font used for the keyword text object in the manual template.

Would be nice but is hardly predictable. Unlike Word, Help & Manual only loads the current topic into memory and may be but is not guaranteed that the current topic will start at the top of a new page. That depends on the preceeding topics and to re-calculate this in the background is almost imp...

The training card command should work for that. You can use a "Winhelp macro" (Insert|Winhelp Macro) to implement a TCard command. Macro syntax in H&M: TCard(number) where number is any integer number. This macro works for Winhelp (.hlp) and compiled HTML Help (H&M translates the m...

TNT Screen Capture creates only screen shots and saves them in several image formats including Bitmaps, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and others. But none of these image formats can save additional information about hot spots (clickable areas that point to a particular topic). This feature is related to help...

Judy, you can use an entire image as a link - just insert a link in the topic and instead of a caption, switch to the link style "Bitmap" and specify the image that you want to use. If you want to place a hot spot on a particular area of the image, you need Impict (available in H&M fro...

I am wondering too. The file EHS_B6.dpk does not reference any v5 file. Can you perhaps build a completely new package and register the file "ehs_reg.pas"? This is the key file to register in the design time package. There are no runtime packages with EHS.
