Re: Premium Pack 2.70 update
Tim, it is installed in the HM7 folder. It is the beta folder but I have installed in the same folder release 3600 (fix 3601 dosn't affect me until now). I thought that the beta files have been replaced by the release files. HM7 is running with the release activation key and not with the beta activa...

Re: Premium Pack 2.70 update
I'm blind. I don't see the PP help integrated in the H&M7 help. In H&M 6 it is between "Multi user editing..." and "Tools included...". Double clicking (in H&M7 folder) will open the help. Breadcrumb: 'Navigation: »No topics above this level« Help & Manual Premium...

Re: (De-) Localization of <export-task-groups> ?
If you had H&M6 with a English UI you will get an export group named: <export-task-group name="Recent Publishes"> If you have H&M6 with a German UI you will get an export group named: <export-task-group name="Letzte Exporte"> In H&M7 you will always have <export-task-...

Re: Compiler message says files were skipped
I wasn't clear enough what I mean. There is a difference in the file system seen by the webserver and the client. I publish to E:\Webserver_lokal\Züge which is the root folder for the website. This folder is seen by the webserver. From the point of the client this is \\localserver\ (127.0.0.1). You ...

Re: Compiler message says files were skipped
Be aware that HM2go can not handle Windows filenames. HM2Go is restricted to a small subset of characters in file names. One of my output locations contains German Umlauts and after publishing with "Display file when publishing is complete" will result in a wrong URL for the browser. In Wi...

Re: Premium skins
The premium pack skins are working with H&M7 as before with H&M6.
I didn't use any feature of the skin but I haven't seen anything which didn't work.

Re: Compiler message says files were skipped
It's impossible to say because *you* choose the output folder. This location is the default location when you publish and do not change the output location. You also see that the PDF is located in the project folder and this will also be the case with CHM, EPUB and RTF will create a new folder beca...

Protect from change
I'm creating a document with a lots of keywords which must not be translated. I created a common repository for styles and added a style named Keywords . The text will have a different font and color. To avoid translation I wanted the text marked with translate="false" . I can apply the Ke...

Creating HTML Help, Page will not be displayed
I copied an existing project to a new folder. The project is building fine in the old folder. I excluded some topics from the build and created HTML help new. Opening the HTML Help the page could not be displayed by the HMTL Help viewer. The problem is not related with any access rights to the file ...

Re: turning off the index tab in chm files
The index tab is only there when you have any keywords in the project. Create a new project with the standard topics and export them to HTML Help. You won't see an Index tab. Add then a single keyword in one of the topics and export again. Then the Index tab is there. I haven't seen a setting to dis...

Re: Issue with publishing
Hi Naomi, Is the option of Visual Studio help in Help and Manual something I should know about or be using? This option allows you to export in a format that could be integrated into the help of Visual Studio. If you are creating documentation for the developers of the application this may be an opt...

Re: Can't get batch file for publish task to work
Are the publishing tasks saved with the project Yes they are saved in the project. Unfortunatly they are localized so you need to have the original batch file. "All Help Builds" would be in my German installation "Letzte Exporte". The task editor is strange. I didn't found a rep...

Re: Footnote in HM
I simulate footnotes with a popup window. This does not help for the PDF output. In this case you may add additional topics only exported to PDF at the end of a chapter or the document. This topics will have the text of the footnotes also. This is not the classical location of footnotes at the end o...

Re: Translating mutliple projects and repository
Styles are optional in skins I can only remove the styles from the skin only when saving it from a project. When saving a skin from a skin into another folder and a new name will not show the dialog to remove the styles. When I created the skin some years ago the dialog wasn't exisitng or I didn't ...
