Error report when adding rows to a table

I get an error report when adding rows to a table. I attached the report and the project. The project is under Splinekatalog\splinekatalog\splinekatalog.hmxp. Since the report doesn't contain any serial numbers and the IP addresses are on a nonroutable subnet I don't see any issues not to upload it ...

In H&M modular projects all topics must be unique. It's good practise to add a prefix to the topic id which is unique to the module. For details see this chapter in the help: More Advanced Procedures > Working with Modular Help Systems > Managing IDs and context numbers (Borrowed from Tim)

Hi Tim,

that's the way it will work. I have to do this on another machine where I have HM4 installed.

But it would be nice if the converter could convert hmtopic files to xml files.

Conversion of H&M4 Topic templates

I have a machine with only H&M 5 installed. I'm converting all projects from H&M 4 which is working fine. Also I have some Topic templates (*.hmtopic) which seems I don't have any chance to convert to the new format.

No this behaviour is by design.

I like it because after resizing I add some callouts or other things and need the old size of the canvas.

You have two possibilities for templates: Create a project and make all settings you need. Save this project. Creating new projects you can use your previous project as a template. More powerful is using skins. Skins are applied during publishing your project. Any change to the skin is visible after...

Since the original question is answered can someone supply a picture of what a side-head is? Even with Gregs short explanation this term has no meaning for me.

H&M can publish pdf-documents. If you want to change them you need to use H&M again.
H&M will never read in the pdf-document again.

jvoon,

I have in Project Properties:
DEFAULT-CHARSET
MS Sans-Serif,8,0
ANSI and Unicode text mixed as needed

The copyright symbol is displayed correct in HTML Help.

Counting variables for numbering are supported in H&M 5. See also this thread on how to use it additional to the manual.

Hello Jerry,
Here is a post about using contextIDs in WebHelp. Maybe this will help too.

Hello Jerry, your programmers have to change the call to the help from calling WinHelp with a context ID to calling the default browser with the path to the html file. One way to do this is to call the WinAPI function ShellExecute with the verb Open and the URL to the topic. The syntax for the topic...

Hello Bobby, in a merged HTML Help regardless of compile time or runtime eahtopic must have a unique TopicID. The TopicID is givingthe internal file name in the chm-file. You can solve this by making each TopicID unique by giving it a prefix. You can set the prefix in Project >> Project Properties >...
