Re: Markdown as insertable builing block
That's a very interesting idea! In particular with Markdown, which blends beautifully with existing text because of the limited formatting options of the source format. We will consider this for one of the next updates!

Re: Markdown as insertable builing block
Please elaborate what exactly you mean. Snippets read directly from Markdown files?

Re: SVG arrow head problems
I can see the marker points into the wrong direction. Our SVG library currently does not support the orient="auto-start-reverse" option. But even when set to "auto" (this means the same as "auto-start-reverse" and should be supported by the SVG library), it does not pai...

Re: Files get messed up when publishing multiple projects simultaneously
Hello Marc, Do you perhaps use variables in the output path? Version 9 supports variables in the output path and file name as well. And that's the only situation where I can imagine such a behaviour. Otherwise, please provide more information on how you publish the projects. Are the projects publish...

Re: Formatting issue in PDF
What font is this?
If it is Tahoma (it looks a bit like that), please be aware that Tahoma Italic is a non-existent font, the italic tilt is simulated by Windows. In PDF, we do the same: simulate it to generate the same effect. But that has been much improved with version 8.

Re: Translation Tool
Sorry, I do not really understand what's happening. Can you just not select topics or can you not select anything (like: the main headings in the list, when you scroll up to the top)? We've never had a case when nothing at all can be selected in this grid. It is technically hard to imagine, either. ...

Re: Translation Tool
Of course not. The DeepL translation plugin doesn't activate unless you select a topic and text in a topic.I cant even type into the "DeepL Translator Plugin" panel on the right hand side. I can select all the available icons in the toolbar.

Re: Lazy loading images
Hello Michal, We don't explicitly support this and we believe, it is not really necessary. For fixed-sized images, H&M exports an explicit width and height CSS attribute. This information is interpreted by most browsers in a way, that this particular image is due for lazy loading. Because the fi...

We can still not duplicate this behavior. Neither with the German nor with the English UI.
Can you right-click the editor and open the dialog with the context menu?

Re: Search dialog
We've never seen such a behaviour. With search dialog, do you refer to the specific find & replace dialog for topic content or to the generic search dialog for HTML content (you mentioned HTML and CSS)? Please post a screenshot, how this looks like, before you close the search dialog.

Re: [FEATURES] Graphviz / Mermaid integration
I've never heard about this file format. Do you have an example, that you could email to support? Help+Manual 9 comes with a small generic plugin DLL (ECIMPZIP.DLL) that can read any zip-based format. The only thing hard-coded in this DLL is the list of file extensions, which can easily be extended....

Excellent suggestion! We will implement this with the next update and include username/machine name, if a project is under version control.

Re: Key conflicts between the object list and the canvas
You have a point here. We could implement an "Edit Object" menu item in the context menu of the object list. That would do the trick, wouldn't it?

Re: Key conflicts between the object list and the canvas
Hi Cory,
the easiest way to select (a) particular object(s) is to select it in the Object List. There you can select even objects that are temporarily made invisible.
