In addition to getting rid of Winhelp, when you are getting your application ready to run under Windows Vista you are also going to need to deal with UAC (User Account Control). Unlike all previous versions of Windows, Vista finally defaults to a limited user account rather than an admin account. If admin rights are needed to perform any action, a UAC dialog is displayed asking the user to confirm their identity.
If your application normally runs in admin mode and is not designed to deal with only having restricted rights, you urgently need to take steps to make it compatible with UAC. There is a great article on helpware.net explaining everything you need to know:
