Has anyone interfaced help into the Progress 4gl

I am looking for a help authoring tool that interfaces its help file to the Progress 4gl language gui application.

Has anyone done this yet?

Help & Manual creates standard Windows help files, that can be used with
Progress as well as with many other development tools. So the "interface"
is actually a matter of the development tool, not the help authoring tool.
