How to move through Comment dialog without mouse?

Hi Tim,
Is there a way to jump from the text block in a Comment to the Icon Only check box and then to the OK button? The text block allows Tabs, and neither Ctrl+Tab or Shift+Tab do more than Tab. I have been using comments a lot recently and always prefer to have them display as Icon Only. I hate having to revert to the mouse to move around in the dialog and finish adding the comment.

This appears to be a dialog in which all keyboard input is restricted to actual editing, to make it possible to use tabs and hard carriage returns in the text. The buttons and Icon Only checkbox appear to be only accessible via the mouse, I don't think there is a way around this, because this is the way the dialog is set up.
