Line Break in Help Title

Greets all,
I have a help title that is quite long. I would like to insert the equivalent of a <br /> or 'line feed' into the title so that it wraps when the title displays in any of the available output options.

Any Ideas?

Hi John,

Type a Shift-Enter to force a line break anywhere in the text, including in the headers. I haven't checked the output HTML code, but I believe it is translated directly to an html line break. It works in other output formats, too.
