Hi,
We're looking into implementing ASP for the full-text search. The main objective is to allow phrasal search (with quotes)
Our IT team is asking me if ASP or ASP.net is supported. Our application is using asp.net.

Re: Support for ASP in full-text search
Hi Sonia,
Yes, ASP is supported, as is PHP. You just need to select ASP search in the WebHelp publishing options -- in your project if you are not using a skin and in the skin if you are. The settings are in Project Explorer > Configuration > Publishing Options > WebHelp > Full Text Search. Note that once this is activated you will only get errors if you try to activate the Search tab in your WebHelp locally because ASP and PHP will not work without a web server.
