Some topics do not print

Hello. When we print our manual, some topics do not print. They are skipped over and topics before and after the topic are printed. I've looked through the forum and cannot find the answer to this.

You have probably tagged the topics with build options that you have not selected in the Publish/Print Manual dialog. If you look in the TOC of the project in Help & Manual you will see light gray tag names to the right of topics that are tagged with any conditions other than ALL (always export).

You can view change these settings by right-clicking on the TOC entry and selecting or deselecting the options in the Include in Builds submenu. Similarly, you can include or exclude tagged topics by selecting or deselecting the matching options in the Include Options section in the Publish/Print Manual dialog.

If you continue to have problems please mail a demo project to support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) with a description of which topics are not publishing and we will check it for you. We don't need the graphics initially, just the project itself in single-file .hmxz format. If you're using .hmxp currently you can save a single-file .hmxz copy with Save As... in the Application Menu (big button in the top left corner of the HM window). Choose the "Help Project (single file storage)" format, (.HMXZ in the description text on the right).
