Hi guys,
It seems as though Microsoft have pulled AppLocale off the interwebs.
You can find it with some google foo, but the websites look sketchy af.
Either way it refuses to install on my windows 10 machine.
Is there a new solution to compiling translated manuals?

Alright, I carried on searching around and found this:
https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator
I read basically no documentation and tried things until it worked, I'm still working through a few issues but I think it's a fairly solid option.
I psuedo followed this guide to get the japanese fonts:
http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/7565 ... -10-a.html
I clicked "Add a feature", then selected Japanese, I assume I'll have to do the same for Chinese, Spanish etc
I right mouse clicked on my Japanese manual then selected "Run with Application Profile", selected Japanese and it loaded.
When I published my manual it didn't stop and warn me about locale stuff, but I think I need to revise how I store and compile my international manuals now, which is just teething.
I'll also send the manual to my translator to ensure that everything has gone smoothly.
I will report back when I have a more cohesive guide.

Hi David,
Thanks for posting this. We'd be grateful if you'd continue to post any ongoing experience you have with this solution.

Thought I'd just drop in and let everyone know I've had good success with compiling manuals using Locale Emulator.
