We are using the Help+Manual 6.5.6.
Recently our team developed Web-based software which can be accessed from multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, Windows Computer (Chrome), etc.). Anybody has any suggestions for the best possible Help output for the same?
Currently we are using PDF format but we cannot use context-sensitivity in PDF format.
The format should be accessible from iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) and Windows (Chrome) computers as well.
Regards,
Dubewar.

Re: Help To choose the Correct Output Format
Hi Dubewar,
Using 6.5.6 you won't find a single format which works on all those. Other than PDF which is a pain to use on a small screen. You would need to use a different format for each, which makes calling context-sensitive help a problem.
But if you upgrade to the latest H&M 7.1 and get the Premium Pack add-on, you will get Tim's latest V3 responsive skins, where one size fits all. And your web application can call context-sensitive help with a single call to the required topic, such as our_domain.com/help/how_it_works.html
Over to Tim for the full chapter and verse...
regards,
Martin.
