Flash alternative

Hello!
Our old projects which we published as WebHelp contained SWF animations. They can be viewed in modern browsers no longer without Adobe Flash Player. Now I'm curious if there is something that can be done with those animations so that they could be played in modern browsers.
From what I have found online, there is no straightforward way to do it, but is there any way? I will be grateful for all ideas on this matter.

Video can be transferred quite easily. There are converters for Flash animations, you can find many if you Google for it. However, I would start on a reputable site for more information, because just as Flash was the number one source of viruses and malware for many years, you can expect a lot of frauds, scams and malware to be crawling around in this space too.
