Table in Header
I want to put a 2-column table in my header so I can have the page header on the left in Heading 1 font and some additional data in a smaller font right justified. When I do this, it seems to ignore the table and pushes the text in column 2 over to the left. How do I do this? I tried various styleclasses. Attached output. The part in red is what I want to the far right.

Re: Table in Header
To achieve this you need to put both the topic heading and the additional text in the table. Do this:
Note also that this won't work for PDF or DOCX output.
- Delete the heading and insert a two-cell table.
- Insert the heading in the left cell and your additional text in the right cell.
- Set the width of the table to "fit on page" (this is the same as 100%)
- Set the alignment of the text in the right cell to right-aligned OR set a fixed width for the right cell and NO fixed width for the left cell.
Note also that this won't work for PDF or DOCX output.
