Statistic Log File Error - Zoom Search Engine

Statistic Log File Error - Zoom Search Engine

Hello-

When attempt to Search Statistics Reports, I receive the Statistics Log Error "Failed to open statistics log file".

- 2019 was the last time I was able to run this report, and no service names have changed within our company. I'm the only one that's currently publishing in my company.
- We have verified that the security to the folder is set to "everyone".
- The paths have been verified in Zoom and Help & Manual.
- I've worked with Lisa Ferjo and Mary Weiler, our EY partners, and we are still unable to resolve.
- I'm using version 7.1 of Zoom and Version 7.3.5 Build 4434 Help & Manual.

Our project goes live Labor Day and will need statistics reports at that point- hoping someone has some suggestions for me on this error.

This isn't an EC Software product, it's the full version of Zoom. You need to contact Zoom support for this. 8)
