Cannot convert embedded image

I have a large project that has been working for a long time in version 6. In version 7 I am getting a lot of "Cannot convert embedded image ..." errors.

I recall having this problem several years ago when you had a rule that images smaller than some size cannot be converted... However, this all worked in version 6 and I really don't want to revise all my images. Have you had a regression here? Some of the images being rejected are not that small... Or have you decided not to allow embedded images?

This is a known bug that turned up this morning. It should be fixed before the weekend.
