bug: numbering style drop down

When you click the drop down arrow next to numbering style it is showing bullet style menu rather than the correct numbering style menu

.... and the bullets menu shows duplicates. It seems that you can reach the correct menus by clicking on 'Bullets and Numbering' in either dropdown.
