Incorrect localization of the output

I see the %ProgramFiles(x86)%\EC Software\HelpAndManual7\Templates\Webhelp\fts_const_Russian.zlang. Also Russian language pointed for the help file:

I use the WebHelp_SlateBlue.hmskin skin of PP 2.7.0. The interface of the compilation result is English instead of Russian:

This isn't automatic. All these texts are stored in configuration variables in the skin that you can edit. See the Premium Pack documentation for details.
