Garbled Words in EWriter eBook Window Caption

Hi,

We were trying out Help & Manual 7 to generate EWriter Ebook for Chinese and some other Asian langauges like Japanese and Korean. However, we found the Chinese words are garbled in the window caption and application menu after opening the ebook .exe file. The EWriter eBook was compiled in Chinese locale and it looked good in Chinese locale, but when we switched to English OS/locale, the caption text and menu names became garbled text. (Please check the attached screenshot HM7_ebook.jpg.) Is this because the ebook .exe file is an ANSI program, not Unicode program? Is there any workaround to show these non-Latin 1252 text correctly? (I am afraid this issue may happen to some languages like Russian, Greek, etc. too.)

Btw, the Chinese words look okay in the program (HM7_ebook_Chinese.jpg). Thanks!

We'd like to check this, it should be working correctly. Please mail a small demo project and a copy of the skin you are using to generate your EWriter help file to support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we will have a look at it.
