Does anybody know if there is a way to password protect an area of the document so only certain people would be able to access it?

We discussed this a few weeks ago in the context of Webhelp. Martin Wynne made an excellent suggestion: publish to .php and run code on the server that redirects not-logged-in users to login when they try to access privileged pages. Look out for his messages in the Public vs privileged webhelp build topic.
