I have recently installed the HM v7 and when I create my first project I'm getting this error:
"No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multibyte code page..."
I'm very frustrated because I wanted evaluate this product.
Should I reinstall it?
Thanks

Re: Error creating my first project
Hi "G",
You probably have an older installation. Help & Manual 7 has already been updated a couple of times since it was released to correct some initial bugs, one of which was a problem with Windows accounts if the user name contained accented or special characters. If you download the current updated installer here and install on top of your current copy to update that should fix the problem:

If you continue to have problems please mail me a sample project showing the problem at support AT ec-software.com (replace the AT with @) and we will check it for you right away.
